Learning Ladder Party Information
and Package Prices for Indoor Parties:
We are excited for you to consider hosting your child’s birthday party with Learning Ladder! We have a variety of different party packages to choose from. Your child’s birthday party will last for approximately 2 hours, times may vary.
Friday Night: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: Times vary depending on party size and type
*Minimum of 10 children/Maximum of 20 per party
$22.00 per child – Package includes entertainment, pizza, soda/juice
$24.00 per child – Package includes entertainment, pizza, candy or ice cream bar, and soda/juice.
$26.00 per child – Package includes entertainment, pizza, candy or ice cream bar, goodie bags, and soda/juice
$28.00 per child – Package includes entertainment, pizza, candy or ice cream bar, birthday cake, soda/juice. Goodie Bags are available for $34.00 per child

- Spa Party – Each child must wear open toe sandals and/or slippers

Party Room for Rent!
- Available for use on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am-4:00pm
- 20-30 people (adults/children)
- 2 Hour Party Package – $250
- Includes Party Assistant who will help set up/clean up
- Parties longer than 2 hours are an additional $75.00/hour
- If you are hosting more than 30 people there will be an additional charge for a second room ($125)
Learning Ladder Indoor/Outdoor Space Rental
We are excited for you to consider renting our space for your next event.
- Minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 6 hours
- Available Saturday & Sunday: 10am-6pm
- Your party head count should not exceed 75 people
- You will be required to sign a contract and a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 will be collected to reserve the day/time of your event. This $50.00 deposit will be applied to the total due for your event.
- How do you decide how much time you need for your event?
Your rental time includes the time you need to set up, entertain your guest and clean up.
- How do you reserve your day/time?
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your day and time. You can call us at 845-429-3108 or stop by our school.

Cash or Check made out to “Learning Ladder”
- Need help with your party?
We have several people available to help set up and clean up your party! In addition they are available to entertain your guest!
