This week we traveled all around the world! The children enjoyed learning about different cultures, traditions, foods and lifestyles. Each day we discussed why each culture is unique and different from one another. Some cultures are known for their tasty food, choice of music, cultural traditions, and different languages.

On Wednesday, April 4th, we “traveled around the world” in our classroom! Each table displayed different foods from Italy, America, China, Vietnam, Germany, Denmark, Israel, France, Scotland, Poland, Ireland, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas! Each child traveled from one country to the next and received a stamp for their passport book. By the end of the day we traveled to over 13 different countries!

The children had a blast and learned so much! We look forward to making this cultural adventure each year and look forward to learning about our friends traditions and nationalities.
